This is where I share what I learn as I navigate the modern workplace, everything from digital transformation stories to hands-on tech tips.

My belief is simple: everyone should be able to do their best work with the tools they prefer, without unnecessary complexity.

Who is Ola?

I’m a millennial, and that shapes how I think and work. Not the curled-mustache, avocado-toast cliché (though I do enjoy a good avocado toast), more in the sense of how technology has shaped the way I reason and solve problems.

I’ll reluctantly admit I have more than 10 years of experience in device management. Five of those were at Microsoft, working with Windows 10 deployments and Microsoft Intune. I then spent 2.5 years as a Solution Architect and Service Manager at a large Swedish industrial company, followed by almost 6.5 years at Advania, a Microsoft partner, where I served as Chief Technical Architect for Workplace solutions in their specialist unit, Knowledge Factory. During that time, I was also recognized as a Microsoft MVP in Windows 365 and Windows.

Today, I’m back at Microsoft as an Endpoint Cloud Solution Architect, helping customers adopt and implement cloud endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and Windows 365.
